Like our new pool construction, Paradise uses almost exclusively "in house" employees for our Special Projects division. This department is headed by Pat McDonough who has over 35 years of pool experience all in Brevard. This is important when knowledge of a pool's history is lacking. Pat can usually identify who built your pool even if you don't know. Knowing the builder helps in determining builder idiosyncrasies that could have potential impact on your project. This avoids surprises and unexpected change orders.

While the majority of the work done by the S.P. department covers retiling, resurfacing and redecking, there is NO job too big that they can't handle. Some of the bigger projects they have done includes adding spas, building a new pool inside an existing pool and changing the shape and depth of existing pools.
